Manzanares, Ciudad Real, welcomes today the itinerary exhibition Un patrimonio de todos that will showcase the historical and cultural heritage of Castilla – La Mancha. Sponsored by the Fundación Iberdrola España and organized by the Junta de Castilla – La Mancha. The exhibit consists of 40 pictures of some of the most remarkable locations of the region’s heritage. Among others, they portray squares, town halls, and bridges of each province, and will be visitable until September 26th on the Plaza Mayor de la Constitución.
After the signing of the collaborative agreement, the exhibition has been unveiled this morning by Carmen Teresa Olmedo Pedroche, the representative of the Junta de Castilla – La Mancha, Julián Nieva Delgado, Manzanares’ mayor, and Fernando García Sánchez, president of the Fundación Iberdrola España.
The project goal is to spark the interest of citizens of all ages, tastes, and backgrounds to raise awareness of the importance of heritage and to make known different ways of enjoying it. The exhibit consists of high-resolution photographic reproductions displayed in 21 panels of 1,30 meters, and each one has QR codes linked to in-depth information about each image and its context (touristic proposals, cultural tours, local information, etc.)
Un patrimonio de todos started its journey through Castilla – La Mancha’s geography last June 25th in Jadraque. Since then, it has stopped in San Clemente and Manzanares, and will continue to La Roda, Pastrana, Belmonte, Bargas, Calzada de Calatrava, Hellín, and Fuensalida as its last stop in this exhibition cycle.
