Iberdrola Fulbright Scholarships

We support postgraduate scholarships in the United States within the framework of the prestigious Fulbright international academic programme.

Since we started collaborating with Fulbright España in the 2014-2015 academic year, we have awarded a total of four two-year scholarships to facilitate postgraduate studies in the United States in areas related to energy, the environment and, in general, technologies linked to Iberdrola’s activities.

Academic and professional merit, selection criteria

These scholarships are based on the agreement between the organisation and the Commission for Cultural, Educational and Scientific Exchange between Spain and the United States for creating Iberdrola-Fulbright scholarships. Participants in this programme are chosen with transparent criteria, based on applicants’ academic and professional merit and leadership potential. Selected students are able to study, teach, undertake research and, above all, share ideas and contribute to finding solutions to challenges and global issues.
